Park Policies & Ranch Rules
Howdy, partner! Here at Kick Back Ranch & Event Center, we’re committed to ensuring everyone enjoys their time under these open Alabama skies. To keep everything runnin’ smooth, we’ve got some guidelines and rules we ask y’all to respect. Failure to abide by these could land ya in a heap of trouble, including eviction from the ranch. Appreciate your understanding!
Check-In and General Information:
When you amble on in, drop by the Front Office first. We’ll need to see some ID – a valid government issued I.D., driver’s license, or military I.D. You gotta be 21 years or older to rent a cabin or venue here at the ranch.
If you need to get in touch with us, our office is open from 8:30AM to 6PM, Monday through Friday. Just holler at 334.286.4140.
Parking and Visitors:
Parking’s a precious commodity here, friend. Each cabin has space for two vehicles, and the Ada Estate Home can hold up to seven. Got more vehicles? There’s an extra parking fee of $10 per vehicle, and you’ll need to park in the designated areas. Remember, all vehicles, including those of your visitors, need to be registered at the front office. Unregistered overnight guests might just end up costing you extra fees.
Stay and Conduct:
Our lodgings are meant for a specific number of folks. If you’re planning to squeeze in more than we agreed on, we might have to ask you to hit the trail, without any rental refunds.
Between the hours of 11:00PM and 6:00AM, we expect things to be as quiet as a prairie night. No wandering around the property during this time, y’hear?
As for speed, let’s keep it to a gentle trot – that’d be 5mph, across the entire property, no exceptions.
Liabilities and Damages:
Should any damage occur due to your party, your credit card on file is going to bear the brunt. Now, living the ranch life ain’t without its hazards – uneven terrain, critters, and water features are all part of the package. By stepping onto the property, you’re agreeing to free Kick Back Ranch & Event Center, LLC, its owners, officers, managers, employees, and staff from any liability or expenses.
We can’t be held responsible for theft, vandalism, or damage to your personal belongings. And if you leave anything behind, we can’t guarantee you’ll find it when you come back.
If you’re bringing children under 14, they must always be with an adult. Any shenanigans caused by these little cowpokes will be the responsibility of their accompanying adult.
Fancy a ride on a golf cart? Only if you’re 21 and older. Stick to its passenger limit, and make sure any personal golf carts are approved by the ranch and follow our rules. No four-wheelers, dirt bikes, or other off-road vehicles are allowed here.
Internet and Pets:
Wi-Fi’s available in certain areas, like the RV park, Cowboy Town, and the Dance & Dining Halls. We try to keep the signal strong, but sometimes it might go out. If that happens, let us know and we’ll get it sorted.
Now, we’re fond of our four-legged friends, but there are a few rules to follow: Register your pet when you arrive, clean up after ’em, and keep ’em on a leash. No pets in the bathrooms, pool, beach area, or water slide. Make sure your furry companion is vaccinated and well-behaved.
Respect and Safety:
If you’re planning on having a drink, do so responsibly and keep it in a concealed container. No glass allowed, and we don’t take kindly to folks causing a ruckus while intoxicated.
Let’s keep the ranch clean – dispose of your garbage in the designated dumpsters.
For safety, avoid open flames or grills on wooden surfaces. Fire pits need a bottom and can’t be moved without approval. No fireworks or firearms allowed on the property, and no cooking in rooms without a kitchen.
Fancy a dip in the pool, waterslide, or lakes? Swim at your own risk, watch your children, and wear life jackets for lake activities. Please respect all property signs. We reserve the right to refuse service and evict guests if needed.
Cabins and RVs:
Each cabin comes furnished and includes limited supplies. Don’t be moving anything around, including TVs. If you do move items for child safety, make sure to replace them before you leave. No smoking allowed inside any cabins or buildings.
If you’re in an RV, make sure it’s in good condition and use a water pressure regulator to prevent damage. Always switch off utilities when you’re away from your RV for a while. We like our sites clean and orderly.
Now, in case of natural disasters or mandatory evacuations, we won’t be issuing refunds – only reservation vouchers.
By making a reservation and entering the property, you’re agreeing to abide by our rules.
Safe travels,
-KB Management
