Park Policies & Ranch Rules
- Welcome to Kick Back Ranch, a family-friendly retreat. We kindly ask you to observe our property rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- For your safety and security, please register all guests at the front desk and provide a valid government-issued ID for those aged 18 and over.
- To maintain the tranquil experience of our cabins, only pre-registered guests are permitted inside. We appreciate your understanding.
- For the comfort of all our guests, all buildings and cabins are smoke-free. Thank you for stepping outside to smoke in designated smoking areas only. Guests in violation of this policy are subject to a $500 smoking fee and may be asked to leave the property.
- Please enjoy our designated cooking areas. Cooking is not allowed in rooms without kitchens and is a safetly concern. Guests found to be in violation of this policy are subject to a fee of up to $500.
- We love pets! Pets are welcome in certain cabins and RV sites with a small fee and registration. Please keep them on a leash and clean up after them.
- Carts are available for rent and can be driven by adults aged 21 and over. Personal carts are welcome with prior approval and an access fee.
- We support responsible drinking in concealed containers. Please avoid bringing glass for everyone's safety.
- For the enjoyment of all, we observe quiet hours from 11:00 pm to 6:00 am. Thank you for respecting this peaceful time.
- Please keep fire pits in their designated places for everyone's safety. Personal fire pits are welcome with prior approval.
- Enjoy the natural beauty of Kick Back Ranch with caution. We remind guests to be aware of the natural surroundings and wildlife.
- While we strive to ensure a safe environment, please note that Kick Back Ranch is not responsible for injuries/occurrences incurred while on the premises.
- Day Pass available for $15.00 per person from 7 am to 6 pm. Extended hours are exclusive to residents and members.
- Life jackets are a must for all lake activities. Your safety is our priority!
- Please refrain from fishing or lake activities after dark for your safety.
- We kindly ask you to respect the maximum occupancy for your cabin to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. Guests found to be exceeding the maximum occupancy of their cabin will be in violation of this policy and will be asked to leave without any refund.
- To secure your reservation at Kick Back Ranch, a deposit for the first night is required. This ensures your spot is reserved and ready for your arrival.
- If your plans change and you need to cancel, we offer a flexible approach. If you cancel your reservation eight (8) days or more before your scheduled arrival, you'll be eligible for a 50% refund of your first night's deposit. If you need to cancel within seven (7) days of your scheduled 3 PM check-in, please note that the deposit becomes non-refundable.
- Unexpected changes can happen, and we understand that. If you find yourself needing to cancel close to your arrival date, please reach out to us and we'll explore all available options to assist you.
- The balance of your stay will be processed two (2) days before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in process, allowing you to begin enjoying your stay at Kick Back Ranch without delay.
