The Drover in Cowboy Town
Boasting space for up to 400 guests, or 150 seated, the Drover in Cowboy Town is the largest facility on our ranch. It features a grand stage complete with a podium, pull-down projector screen, and audio-video capabilities, promising a seamless event experience.
Outdoor Reception Area
A charming, intimate setting, our Cowboy Town is ideal for smaller outdoor gatherings. Lights running overhead set the scene after dusk making it a beautiful option.

From our Covered Pavilion to the tree-lined Clearing, East Flat along the lake, and West Flat on another of our five lakes, we offer diverse outdoor spaces for your event needs.
Outdoor Pavilion
Located adjacent to our volleyball courts and covered hammocks, our Outdoor Pavilion is an adaptable space that can cater to fun picnics, energetic reunions, and even weddings. With a seating capacity for 300, the Pavilion also offers basketball courts and corn hole for a dash of excitement.
Dining Hall & Social Deck
Overlooking the serene Kick Back Lake, our Dining Hall and Social Deck can comfortably seat 96 and 180 guests respectively. Take a leisurely stroll down to the lake via the pathway, perfect for post-meal wanderings.
Venue by the Lake
The Venue by the Lake comes with a stunning outdoor deck overlooking Cowboy Lake. This venue is perfect for smaller events, accommodating 50 guests, complete with televisions, USB capabilities, and a private bathroom.
