Please note Kick Back Ranch is a privately owned Family Friendly atmosphere. Observe all rules and regulations governing the use of the property you are occupying. Failure to comply can result in ejection from property with no refund.
Reservations must provide all names for those staying on property to the front desk, as well as a valid government issued ID for all guests 18 and older. All guests must check in at the front office.
Only pre-registered guests allowed in cabin. Any unapproved guests, or over ocupancy with out approval, will result in your ejection from property.
All buildings and cabins are smoke-free. Smoking in a building will result in ejection and/or $500 fine.
Cooking in rooms without a kitchen will result in a $500 fine.
Pets are welcome in our approved cabins with pre-registration and $35 fee, in our 4 bedroom with a $65 fee, and in our RV sites with a $10 fee. Max. 2 pets. Must always be on a leash. Owners must pick up after pets and may not allow them to interfere with other guests. Failure to pay and register pet will incur $100 fine.
Carts are to be rented & driven by adults 21 and older. Personal carts must be approved by KB before entering property and pay access fee.
Responsible drinking allowed in concealed containers. No glass allowed. Strictly enforced.
Those intoxicated will be asked to leave the property or be removed.
Quiet hours 11:00pm to 6:00am. Unless prior approval. No roaming property during quiet hours.
Must not move fire pits. Personal fire pits must be approved by KB staff.
Kick Back Ranch & Event Center is in a setting containing natural hazards-insects, snakes, water, etc.
Kick Back Ranch & Event Center is not responsible for injuries/occurrences incurred while on the premises.
Day Pass $15.00 per person, hours 7am to 6pm. Extended hours are for residents and members only.
Life Jackets must be worn during all lake activities. Guests should take sensible precautions.
No Fishing or Lake Activities after dark.
Maximum occupancy for your cabin may not be exceeded. If occupancy is exceeded, guests are subject to ejection without refund.
Kick Back Cancellation Policy:
To secure your reservation at Kick Back Ranch, a deposit for the first night is required. This ensures your spot is reserved and ready for your arrival.
If your plans change and you need to cancel, we offer a flexible approach. If you cancel your reservation eight (8) days or more before your scheduled arrival, you’ll be eligible for a 50% refund of your first night’s deposit. If you need to cancel within seven (7) days of your scheduled 3 PM check-in, please note that the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Unexpected changes can happen, and we understand that. If you find yourself needing to cancel close to your arrival date, please reach out to us and we’ll explore all available options to assist you.
The balance of your stay will be processed two (2) days before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in process, allowing you to begin enjoying your stay at Kick Back Ranch without delay.
