Park Policies & Ranch Rules
At Kick Back Ranch & Event Center, we aim to provide a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable experience for all guests. Our park policies and ranch rules are in place to help keep things running smoothly and respectfully. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during your stay.
Guest Guidelines:
- All guests must check in at the front desk. Anyone 18 or older must show a valid government-issued ID.
- Only pre-registered guests are allowed inside cabins.
- Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Please help keep the Ranch peaceful for all.
- Life jackets are required for all lake activities. For your safety, no fishing or lake use is allowed after dark.
- Day Passes are available for $15 per person from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Extended hours are reserved for registered guests and members.
- Please respect the maximum occupancy listed for your cabin. Overcrowding will result in removal without refund.
Property & Safety Rules:
- All buildings and cabins are smoke-free. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. A $500 fee applies for violations.
- Cooking is only allowed in rooms with designated kitchens. Violators may be charged a $500 safety fee.
- Fire pits must stay in approved locations. Personal fire pits require prior approval.
- Be mindful of our natural setting and local wildlife. Enjoy the outdoors responsibly.
- Kick Back Ranch is not responsible for injuries or accidents that occur on the property.
Amenities & Additional Info:
- Pets are welcome in select cabins and RV sites with a small fee and registration. Keep them leashed and clean up after them.
- Golf carts are available for rent to adults 21 and up.
- Personal carts are allowed with prior approval and an access fee.
- Alcohol is allowed in concealed containers. For safety, please do not bring glass items.
Kick Back Cancellation Policy:
- A deposit equal to the first night’s stay is required to secure your reservation at Kick Back Ranch. This guarantees your spot and ensures everything is ready for your arrival.
- If you need to cancel, we offer a flexible policy. Cancellations made eight (8) days or more before your 3:00 PM check-in are eligible for a 50% refund of your deposit.
- If you cancel within seven (7) days of your scheduled check-in, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
- We understand that unexpected changes can happen. If you’re canceling close to your arrival, please reach out to us—we’ll do our best to help you explore your options.
- To ensure a smooth check-in, the remaining balance of your reservation will be processed two (2) days before your arrival.
