Security Officers provide a safe and secure environment across the property. Responsibilities include patrolling cabins, event spaces, parking areas, and recreational facilities, responding to incidents, and assisting guests and staff when issues arise. This role requires good judgment, communication skills, and the ability to stay calm in emergencies.

The Maintenance Technician keeps facilities, cabins, and equipment in working order. Duties include basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs, as well as routine inspections and support for event setups. Problem-solving skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to handle a variety of repairs are important for this role.

The Groundskeeper maintains the outdoor appearance and safety of the property. Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, planting, trail and lakeshore upkeep, and operating landscaping equipment. Pride in creating a well-kept environment and the ability to work outdoors in all weather are important for this position.
