Park Policies & Ranch Rules
At Kick Back Ranch & Event Center, we aim to provide a safe, relaxing, and family-friendly environment for all guests. Our park policies and ranch rules are in place to help keep things running smoothly and respectfully while protecting our guests, staff, animals, and property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during your stay.
Guest Guidelines:
- Kick Back Ranch has a zero-tolerance policy for drugs. Onlyresponsible use of alcohol is permitted. Intoxication, odor ofmarijuana, drug use, use of foul language, or unsafe behavior willresult in removal from the property without refund.
- All guests must check in at the front desk. Anyone 18 or older must show a valid government-issued ID.
- Check in begins at 3:00 PM for Cabins, and 12:00 PM for RV Sites. Our office closes at 6:00 PM. After-hours check-in is available with advance notice.
- Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Life jackets are required for all lake activities. For safety, no fishing or lake use is allowed after dark.
- Day Passes are $18 per person and valid from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Pool access is not included. Extended hours and pool privileges are reserved for registered overnight guests and members.
- Exceeding the occupancy listed for your cabin will result in removal without refund. Maximum Occupancies are as follows: Cowboy Cabins1-4: 2 people. Cowboy Cabins 5-11: 4 people. Kick Back West Suites: 4 people. Wagon Wheel Suites: 5 people. Woods Edge: 5 people. The Ponderosa: 8 people. Ada House: 20 people.
- No refunds will be given for missed access due to late arrivals.
- Provide a complete and final list of guests before check-in. No substitutions, switching, or additions after arrival.
The front gate closes at 5:15 PM. - Guests attending an event must remain in the designated venue area. No free-range access across the ranch is allowed.
Family-Friendly Commitment:
- Kick Back Ranch is committed to maintaining a safe, family-friendly atmosphere for all guests. We welcome families, groups, and visitors of all ages and ask that everyone conduct themselves in a respectful manner.
- Management reserves the right to refuse service, deny entry, or remove any guest from the property without refund for violations of ranch policies.
Property & Safety Rules:
- All buildings and cabins are smoke- and vape-free. Violations incur a$500 fee and removal from property.
- Cooking is allowed only in rooms with kitchens. Unauthorized cooking may result in a $500 safety fee.
- Fire pits must be in approved areas.
- Respect local wildlife and natural surroundings.
- For the safety of our wildlife no balloons are allowed on the property.
- Kick Back Ranch is not liable for injuries or accidents on the property.
Amenities & Additional Info:
- Pets are allowed in select cabins and RV sites with registration and a fee. Keep pets leashed and clean up after them.
- Golf carts are available to rent by adults age 21 and up. Drivers must beat least 16 years of age.
- Personal carts are allowed. Kick Back golf cart guidelines apply alongwith a fee.
- Alcohol must be in concealed containers. No glass items are permitted.
Kick Back Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 8 days or more before your check-in will receive a refund for all but 50% of the first night’s deposit.
- Cancellations within 7 days of your check-in are non-refundable.
- If plans change close to your arrival, please contact us to review options—we’ll do our best to assist.
- The remaining balance is processed 2 days before arrival for a smoother check-in.
